• How do I book a room?

  By phone number or on the hotel's website via online booking.

• What is an "insurance deposit"?

  This is the deposit amount that you deposit upon check-in. It covers possible damage to property, damage to inventory, or unauthorized smoking. If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded on the day of departure after the inspection of the house.

• How is the payment made?

  By card or cash.

• Are there discounts for long-term stays?

  Yes, there are promotions, as well as a loyalty program, you can get acquainted with it on the spot.

• Is it possible with animals?

  It is possible, with a long-term lease, from 1 month.

• Is there a curfew?

  Bases outside the city are located near residential settlements or other tourists, so the law on silence (usually from 23:00 to 08:00) is strictly observed. Loud music is prohibited after 23:00.

• How many people can be accommodated? Can I bring guests?

  The rooms are designed to accommodate 4-5 people, if you want to invite guests who do not live on the premises, this must be agreed with the administration.

• Is there parking, is the place guaranteed?

  There is free parking with a video camera on site. If you are traveling in a large company with several cars, notify the administrator in advance.

• Is the base suitable for a birthday/wedding celebration?

  Our territory is suitable for chamber events, the maximum comfortable room capacity is 48 people.

• What is on the territory of the base for children?

  The concept of the place does not include children's recreation, however, there is a children's playground and babysitting services on request.

• Are there shops nearby or food delivery?

  There are two settlements within a 15-minute drive, where there are both traditional grocery stores and a local market. Food delivery is possible.
